Event address is the parking lot across the street for 108 N. High Street, Canal Winchester, OH (Crimson Cup Lot and attached to the Canal Winchester Historical Complex)

Hours of the event are 4:00pm-9:00pm

All vendors, please arrive between 2:00pm-3:00pm for set-up. Please do not arrive later than 3pm to begin setting up. Vendors are also not allowed to pack up or leave the event early.
We are asking all trucks/trailers (food, apparel, etc.) to arrive by 3:00pm as this will help facilitate the flow of traffic for vendor set-up.

THIS LOT IS SMALLER THAN THE LOT AT GVMM SO PLEASE PLAN SOME EXTRA TIME TO NAVIGATE FOR DROP OFF.

You may pull your car into the lot to drop off/load out but then you must move your vehicle to the public parking lot directly behind this one- we will show you where that lot is on day of!

Please do not leave any space between tents, we are at full capacity and need you to be up-close and personal with your neighbor :). Sometimes, we need to make last minute changes to vendor locations, thanks in advance for your understanding and flexibility!

• Tents MUST be weighted down. This is for the safety of other vendors, shoppers and neighbors.

• Please thoroughly clean up your area at the end of the day. This is a private lot and the business tenants will be back first thing Monday morning.

• THIS IS A NIGHT OUTDOOR EVENT, we suggest bringing lights of some nature (there is a parking lot set of lights but these will brighten your booth)

• There is NO electric or wifi available

• Don't forget to share the event on your social media channels
